Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the hair has been opened or used

Refunds are only available for orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

Please note that our processing time after placing an order is (2-3 business days) to allow us confirm your order.

We use Standard delivery for all our orders which can take (5-7 business days) before arrival, However, we also offer express shipping for faster delivery at an additional cost.
